The Types of Builds Coming in Season 1

Hiring and Onboarding Pipelines

If your hiring process involves forwarding resumes via email, tracking candidates in a spreadsheet, and hoping someone remembers to schedule the interview — we’re going to fix that.

We’re building pipelines that take a candidate from application to onboarding without the chaos. Automated screening, structured pipelines, notification workflows, and handoff systems that don’t depend on someone’s memory.

Sales and Marketing Funnels

Your leads come in. Then what? If the answer involves someone manually checking a form submission, copying data into a CRM, and setting a reminder to follow up — that’s not a funnel. That’s a to-do list with extra steps.

We’re building systems where leads get captured, qualified, nurtured, and routed — automatically. The human shows up for the conversation, not the data entry.

Content Distribution Engines

You record one piece of content. It should turn into a blog post, social media clips, email newsletter content, and YouTube uploads. Instead, it sits on a hard drive because “we’ll get to it later.”

We’re building the automation that takes one recording and distributes it across every channel — without a marketing team. One input, many outputs, zero manual uploading.

Internal Workflow Automation

Every business has that one process everyone hates. The weekly report that takes two hours to compile. The approval chain that requires three emails and a Slack message. The onboarding checklist that lives in someone’s head.

We’re killing those. Replacing them with workflows that trigger, execute, and complete without anyone babysitting them.

The Plot Twist

My wife gave me two projects before we even started filming.

Real builds. Real struggle. Real results — starting at home. Because nothing tests a system like having the person who lives with you tell you it doesn’t work.

Season 1 kicks off with those two builds, and then we open it up to Build Partners from the audience.

Will We Use AI Agents?

Yes. And yes, there will be moments where I question my life choices.

AI agents aren’t magic. They’re tools that require thoughtful architecture, clear guardrails, and a lot of testing. We’ll show all of that — the breakthroughs and the breakdowns.

The goal isn’t to prove that AI can do everything. The goal is to show where AI actually helps and where good old-fashioned workflow design does the heavy lifting.
