Extreme AI Makeover is a build-in-public YouTube show where we take real businesses and real people with real workflow problems — and we solve them. On camera. With AI, automation, and a healthy dose of “why is this not working?”
Every build gets three episodes. We document the full process — the discovery, the architecture, the build, the testing, and the handoff. The good, the bad, and the moments where I stare at a screen wondering what I got myself into.
